Do you encounter an error while using our report? Please see below for possible error and resolutions:
 
            1.    “Invalid credentials.  Please try again. You do not have access to this document.  Please contact support.

                     Would you like to be redirected to the support web site?”


                     Solution: if you are sure you have correct credentials we emailed to you when you purchased the report, please copy and paste the credentials into the login window.                            If you can’t still access the document, ensure you configured your Adobe Reader correctly. Follow the step below to configure your Adobe Reader;
                             a.    Open Adobe Reader, select “Edit”, and choose “Preferences”
                             b.    On the preferences window,  select “JavaScript” and uncheck “Enable global object security policy” and click on Ok
